Deck Estimates
Summer times brings time out on your beautiful deck! Unfortunately, when you spend time outside you see that it needs to be renewed or resealed.
Encore Surfacing has just completed two estimates for deck renewal. The first was a basic estimate to clean and seal and the second was very complex. The second deck had been painted red and then ignored for over 7 years. The result is most of the paint is long gone and a lot of the wood will have to be replaced. All the deck nails have popped up and the hand rail will be replaced. Maybe 10% of the deck boards will have to be replaced but this final judgment won’t be made until after cleaning and a careful inspection can be made. Sanding may be required due to all the splinters. Final actions to follow soon.
